Dogs slip back into pack

25/06/2008 10:47:00 AM
A BLISTERING second half from the Canberra Scholars has halted the Goulburn Workers Bulldogs charge up the competition ladder.

The Bulldogs have slipped back into the middle of the pack, after the disappointing loss, but coach Jeremy Braun said it's not all doom and gloom.

"The loss on the weekend unravels our earlier good work," Braun said. "By losing it just puts us back amongst the pack. It's in our hands. We just have to perform. It's up to the boys to respond and I'm confident they can do that."

It was a different looking Bulldogs side that took the park on Sunday with Braun, Mick Dodson and Polo Paselio amongst those unavailable.
