Boomers eye finals

23/06/2008 9:56:00 AM
THE Boomers can hardly wait for Wednesday afternoon to play in their U/10 boy's basketball final, with the winner to go through to the grand final.

The boy's have been assisted this year under the guidance of their new coach Will Oxley. The boys have really enjoyed playing, with the majority of the team playing basketball for the very first time. They all have developed their skills throughout the competition and would like to encourage other boys to join the next competition, which begins at the start of the third school term.

The boy's would especially like to thank their coach Will for taking the time out of his very busy rep basketball schedule to coach them.
