"It will be much like the residential house and land package concept but instead, this initiative will provide one stop shopping for industrial buyers big or small," developer John Kelly told the Goulburn Post on Friday.

Mr Kelly has just completed 22 blocks of industrial land in Common St and engaged Peter Mylonas Property Solutions to market the estate.

As late as Friday morning Mr Mylonas met with Goulburn firm, Southern Garages and Buildings to finalise plans for the package due to be advertised in about three weeks.
