BOWLS

THE final of the District Fours was played at Bowral last Thursday when Wilma Hewitt's team from Crookwell proved too strong for Heather Thornton, Lorraine McNeil, Judy Cooke and Barbara Edwards. Congratulations to all girls for reaching the final.

Good luck to Crookwell in the group playoffs in Illawarra next Thursday.

Second round matches in the Wolinski Shield were also played at Bowral with two teams from our club successful, namely L Reid, J Wade, M Leslie, D Wilson and J Hayman, S Hillier, M Lawless and M Job. These two teams will meet in a semifinal match at the club tomorrow.
